N Globe is an independent news site for readers around the world. Our mission is to report consequential public events quickly in clear, verifiable stories that stand on their own and help readers understand why the news matters where they live.
We prioritize primary documents, first-hand material and reputable journalism. Verified facts, analysis and unconfirmed information are clearly separated. In reporting on China, statements from government, police or officials are attributed claims rather than independent proof and are checked against open-source material, witnesses, court records or independent reporting. Every full report links to its sources.
Editorial standards
Country or region is the main recommendation signal; interface language is a weaker interest clue, combined with the day’s public agenda from governments and reputable local media. Major immigration policy receives extra visibility for immigrant destinations and diaspora readers, but news value and reliability remain decisive.
Traditional Chinese, English and French are the primary editorial editions. Simplified Chinese is localized and checked from Traditional Chinese; the other 15 languages are translated editions. Critical rules, amounts, dates and eligibility should still be confirmed with the original source.
Region detection does not require precise location. Reading history is kept under an anonymous device code for up to 30 days. With alerts enabled, recent reading, language, region and saved topics shape one local-morning and one local-evening briefing. Verified major military escalations, major natural disasters and major accidents with at least five confirmed deaths are sent immediately to all opted-in readers; other serious safety alerts may be regional. Emails and preferences are never displayed publicly.
