Five killed after minibus and sedan collide and catch fire in Midrand, South Africa
Johannesburg Metropolitan Police confirmed that a minibus taxi and a Mercedes-Benz sedan collided on September 22 at Old Pretoria Main Road and Maxwell Drive in Waterfall, Midrand. The minibus overturned and caught fire, and five occupants were confirmed dead at the scene.

Ondo State's health commissioner says 49 people have died and about 170 were affected after consuming a locally made drink suspected to be poisonous.
